Ginal joined the Air Force on Aug 3rd 1981, after 20 years of honorable service he retired from the Air Force on 1 Sept 2001. Ginal has over 25 years experience in various SIGINT and Space disciplines within the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Community. He spent eleven years of his Air Force career in Europe to include Germany, England, Italy and Scottland. He has over 10 years experience in Space Control with Air Intelligence Agency and Air Force Space Command ranging from operational Mission Supervisor to Chief of Training, Standard Evaluation and Operations. After retiring from the Air Force Ginal joined Lockheed Martin in July 2001 as a Satellite Systems Engineer Space Based Infrared (SBIRS) program in Boulder Colorado and transitioned to Mission Payload Test/Calibration Engineer for P601 program in July 2002. Ginal was hired at Boeing on 8 Sep 2003 as Lead Senior System Engineer National Systems program, Ops Product Validation and Test. Since joining the Boeing Company Ginal lead and supported several key programs to include Evaluation and Test engineer Boeing Field Seattle for the Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Peace Eye (PE) Korea, and is currently the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Subject Matter Experts ( ISR SME) to Boeing Phantom Works programs in St Louis. Ginal is married to Christina and have four children two daughters Carline and Chanelle and two sons Cameron and JC. His Education includes a BS in CIS University of Maryland College Park and an MS in Telecommunications, University of Denver. He is also Fluent in French! His Hobbies include cycling, weight lifting, volunteering in the community
